Within the scope of our Digital Health services, we launched Future Healthcare Virtual Clinic, in order to meet the needs that arise from constant adaptation and new market demands. The Virtual Clinic was born in Portugal and will soon be available in the other countries where Future Healthcare has a presence: Spain, Poland, Romania, Ecuador and Colombia.
The telemedicine appointment of the Future Healthcare Virtual Clinic is provided through our native digital platform. It is an embedded digital platform in which the entire process takes place, starting with the scheduling of the appointment with the client, ending with the telemedicine appointment event. This allows a total customization according to the institution and the solutions adopted by the latter one.

What is a telemedicine appointment?
Telemedicine appointment is a service provided by General Practice/Family Medicine doctors, as well as doctors of other expertises and health professionals, in circumstances that do not require a face-to-face examination.
To carry out the telemedicine appointment, there’s only the need of having a computer, smartphone or tablet/iPad.
How it works?
At Virtual Clinic we offer General Practice and Family Medicine, Psychology and Nutrition medical appointments, in addition to many other diverse medical expertises.
We offer an embedded management service that includes the entire normal operating process of a "physical" clinic: booking, eligibility verification, billing, payable amount calculation and issuing of invoices. The medical appointment pricing will be in accordance with the insurance contracted by the user. Private customers will be informed of the amount corresponding to the video appointment.
This service requires an appointment and gives the patient the opportunity to address topics such as the treatment of chronic diseases, medication, postoperative surveillance, evaluation of complementary diagnostic tests and doubts clarification. When the clinical appointment does not require a face-to-face examination, the telemedicine appointment offers the client a comfortable solution, without having to travel and leave the house.
The security and privacy of information are safeguarded. With our platform, we protect personal data, and guarantee the privacy of the relationship with the doctor.
